2024 Membership Application (PDF)

 

  • Initiation Fee $3,500 (non-refundable)
  • Dues for a single membership are $525 per quarter. This includes golf privileges for one person
  • Dues for a non-resident single membership are $475 per quarter. This includes golf privileges for one. A non-resident must permanently reside outside of Brunswick County, and all adjoining counties, for a period of six months or greater each year.
  • Dues for a family membership are $650 per quarter. This includes a spouse and dependents under the age of 23 that are currently in school. Dependents will lose membership privileges at age 18 if they do not continue their education. This includes golf privileges.
  • Dues for a non-resident family membership are $550 per quarter. This includes a spouse and dependents under the age of 23 that are currently in school. Dependents will lose membership privileges at age 18 if they do not continue their education. This includes golf privileges.
  • Members receive 20% off regular priced merchandise in the Golf Shop. They also receive 10% off of food in the restaurant. The discount does not apply to golf clubs or alcoholic beverages.
  • Cart fees are $24 per person for (18) holes and $12 per person for (9) holes. There is a reduced fee for guests that are playing with a member. (See Guest Rate Chart below)


Members may pre-pay their Cart fees:

Single – $2275 annually (must be paid by January 1, 2023)

Family – $3420 annually (must be paid by January 1, 2023)

This is in addition to your dues.

 

Walking is permitted, with some restrictions:

    • January 1 – March 31 after 12:00 pm Monday thru Friday
    • April 1 – September 10 after 1:00 pm Monday thru Friday
    • September 11 – December 31 after 12:00 Monday thru Friday
    • Weekends Members may walk after 2:00 pm
      • Walking is not permitted on the following holidays:
        • New Year’s Eve
        • Memorial Day
        • New Year’s Day
        • Independence Day 4th, 5th
        • Good Friday
        • Labor Day and Labor Friday
        • Easter Monday
        • Thanksgiving Day and Friday

Resident Golf Member

Single Membership –

$525 (four equal payments of $525 payable in the months of January, April, July and October totaling $2100 annually)

Family Membership –

$650 (four equal payments of $650 payable in the months of January, April, July and October totaling $2600 annually)


Non Resident Golf Member

Single Membership –

$475 (four equal payments of $475 payable in the months of January, April, July and October totaling $1900 annually)

Family Membership –

$550 (four equal payments of $550 payable in the months of January, April, July and October totaling $2200 annually)


Guest Rates

Guests must be playing with members to receive discounted rates.

Dues are payable by the 15th of the month in which they are billed. If dues are not paid by the last day of that month you will incur a $25 late fee. If not paid by the 15th of the following month membership privileges will be suspended. If not paid by the next billing quarter your membership will be terminated.
